National Bank of Commerce was founded in 1966. A group of local business leaders, headed by Dominic F. Pantano, acquired the Bank from its original ownership in 1999.  Mr. Pantano serves as President and Chief Executive Officer. He brings close to forty years of banking experience to his position. Since the Pantano group purchase, this full-service bank has enjoyed steady growth by expanding its products and services. During this time, bank assets tripled from $130 million to $400 million. In August 2004, we opened our second location in Addison.
